The lipstick tag

As im new to all this blogger stuff I thought i'd give it a few weeks before I done my next post (probably because I didn't have a clue what to do it on). However, my dear college pal Courtney done a post on lipsticks and tagged me to do one too I thought well i'll have to do that now so that's my reason for this post. 

How many lipsticks do you own?

I'm aware that in this picture I've only got 4 lipsticks but I have got another red one from MUA but I have no idea where its gone :( I know it seems pretty pointless me doing this post but I thought something for you guys to read is better than nothing! 

From left to right: W7 Soft Lilac, the next one is from Primark and it doesn't have a name on it but it's a dark pinkish colour, MUA shade 3 and then the last one is Technic Pink Lady. 

What was the first lipstick you owned?

The first lipstick I owned was my Primark one. I brought this one I think it was when I was doing my shopping for the start of college because it was only £1 so it was a total bargain and where I had never really worn or owned lipstick before I wanted college to be the start of a new me, where I look after myself a bit more than what I had done in the past. This colour goes with absolutely anything I wear so I'm really glad I brought it in the end.

What is your favourite lipstick brand?

As I've only got a few lipsticks I haven't really ventured out to try many brands but I have 2 MUAs so I guess its MUA..

What is your most worn lipstick?

My most worn lipstick is probably my MUA shade 3 as you can tell by the picture. It goes with anything I wear and gives me a little bit of confidence when I do wear it because its not too bright or too dark but you can tell I've got lipstick on.. If you get what I mean. 

What is your favourite finish?

Favourite finish? I didn't know you could get lipsticks that had different finishes? Whoops! haha

What was the last lipstick you brought?

The last lipstick I brought was well.. I brought two at the same time which was my W7 Soft Lilac and my Technic Pink Lady. Which I've worn neither of them out yet because the W7 is too dark for my liking and my Technic is too light! GIRL PROBLEMS! 

How many lip products do you currently have in your bag?

I've not got many lip products in my bag because I don't normally bother with my lips however I do have the Bitten Berry lip tint from Topshop that I absolutely adore! 

How do you store your lipsticks?

I store my lipsticks in my makeup bag. Don't you?

Which lipsticks are you currently lusting after?

The lipstick that I am currently lusting over is the MAC Ruby Woo. However, I can't bare to part with £15 if I don't like it. See my problem! But if you have any recommendation let me know.

LFA event

If your reading this then be prepared. This isn't going to be your normal kind of blog post because this is my first so bear with me! 

I've had my blog now for quite a while but have been quite scared about doing my first post and I didn't really know what to do it however, on Saturday 8th me and some of my college pals (the reason for the creation of my blog) went all the way to London by train and tube to a blogger event. This event was held by the In Love With Fashion clothing brand who are all really welcoming and inspiring people.Once there I felt like I HAD to start my blog and interact with other girls out there like me. 

First of all i'll show you what I wore..

As I was going to London and this was my first trip out with my college pals I thought i'd have to dress up nicely or they might never want to go out with me again (were fashion students see my problem). Anyway I wore probably my favorite dress because its just so comfy and has a cool tiger face print on it and it looks great paired with tights which was good because it wasn't the nicest day to go out in a dress. Then as I was going to the big L I thought i'd treat myself to a new pair of shoes to wear whilst I was up there. I needed a new pair anyway but that was my excuse.

 I didn't take pictures when I was there because it felt a bit inappropriate to whack out a big tablet so I left the photo taking to the girls. I think this was the only photo taken of me when I was there and this photo is all thanks to Emma.

After eating cute little krispy kremes (which you can find pictures of in Charlies LFA posts) we had a talk with the girls from LFA and it was really inspiring and interesting! They also told us that there will be more events in the near future which I can't wait to go to and I recommend you go to too! Anyway after all of that we had a look through their ss14 collection (which you can find pictures of in Courtneys LFA post) and through the shops sample sale which if you follow me on instagram you'll be able to see the lovely pink pastel dress that I managed to take away with me.

We also got this goodie bag full of all these cool things that I can't wait to use like my bracelet from http://daisymaejewellery.com/. 

Anyway I really don't know how to end one of theses things so i'm just going to say thanks for taking an interest in my trip to London and check out all of my college pals blogs!
